I have a hand carved chest from 1939 made of camphor wood. Does it have any value?
I’m sure that, depending on it’s condition, it’s got some value. You should contact a furniture appraiser for an evaluation. Call an antiques dealer and ask them to recommend an appraiser. It may of may not cost to have it appraised. Ask when you speak to the appraiser.
