When i was at school, for French homework we were assigned to make a dessert from a french recipe. i had to returned this book and i am seriously craving this food.
I was wondering if anyone knew this recipe
It was a recipe for a truffle , chocolate thing
It asked for
dark chocolate,
walnuts or some kind of nuts or raisans ( i think)
Creme Fraiche
Honey (i think)
Basically you heat all the ingredients above, pour into a ice cube thingy and put in the freezer until the mixture is solid. Then you sprinkle with powdered sugar
