pain in the top of my head which gets worse if I tilt it left or right any suggestions?
I have had this since yesterday.It feels like there is a lot of pressure towards my ear,and up to the top of my head. when i move my head left or right the pain increases to a very sharp pain,as it is a bank holiday I am reluctant to go to the doctors.could I have somehow strained something?
Ouch. I have had this before. I would think what you are describing is more sinus related than anything. If you have pressure in your sinuses, you can feel pain and/or pressure in your head, ears and over and around your nasal passages. Try taking an otc decongestant like sudafed, put a moist heat pack over the top of your head and drink lots of warm liquids (clears). Make an appointment with your doctor tommorow, sinus problems are truly nothing to fool with and you may require an antibiotic. Hope you feel better!
