why do i get shaky and dizzy when i smoke?
i’ve been smoking cigs for about four years now and i normaly can stand smoking a cig and now i get really shaky and dizzy like im high is the best way i can put it and after a few minutes i feel fine. I used to not inhale all at once when i smoke and now i do its been going on for about 3 months now that i get dizzy and shaky. does anyone know the cause?
Because you are getting less oxygen to your brain…and the nicotine is kicking in. Bottom line, smoking dilates circulatory system, and fills lungs with smoke so you get less air. Next time you go to light one remember that moment. Its a bad habit and hard to get rid of if you go longer.
