Where can I find a replacement driver seat chair on my Ford 2000 E150? Are Ford Vans chairs all standard?
I am looking to replace my broken driver seat for my 2000 Ford E150. I have been looking around in Craiglslist and some people are selling parts of their ford van. Does anyone know where I can order or buy a new seat other than the dealer? And if All seats of Ford vans are standard so that I may be able to buy some at a junkyard? i wouldnt count that they are all standard. if you find out what the part number is of the seat in your van, you can use that part number to find out if the seat was used in multiple years vans, and what year. scrap yards have books that tell them what vehicles a certain part number is used in. if you buy it on craigslist or something just because its the same year isnt a guarantee, but if it is the same model and year then probably, other than that you would need to know if your seat was used in multiple years, and what years, and tell them to give you a measurement of the bolt pattern and know what year van the seat is from.
