Quick easy ideas for a 14 year old to cook for Lunch?
I’ve got a pot noodle in the cupboard – but I don’t really like them, to be honest. I’ve just checked, and we’ve got eggs, bread rolls, pasta, lots of sauces, lots of herbs and fruit, mustard. Oh, and all the other things that a normal family own – such as butter, cheese, oil etc. I don’t eat fish and I’m not keen on meat, so keep that in mind.

A grilled cheese sandwich is always good. 2 slices of bread buttered. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and put one piece of bread buttered side down in it. Grate some cheese or you can use the individual cheese slices if you have those. Put the cheese on the bread and cover with the other bread slice, buttered side up because when you flip the sandwich over, the buttered side needs to be in contact with the pan. Cook the sandwich til it’s golden brown on both sides. Variations of this sandwich: Add scrambled eggs to it, add fresh sliced tomatoes to it, add turkey or ham lunchmeat to it (although you said you don’t like meat), use different cheeses together, add black olives to it…the possibilities are endless!!!
