Is it illegal to rent a two bed flat and then put another person on the sofabed in the lounge to reduce costs?
Im a poor student who cant afford much in central london so just wondering if it is illegal to rent a two bed flat and then charge a friend to sleep on the sofa in order to bring down costs. Would this in any way violate tenant-landlord agreements or cause me to be evicted.
