..and Dr Puddlewick has asked for a stool sample. We are too posh to sit on such an item and only sit on leather Chesterfields! I fail to see what a swatch from my husband’s armchair will tell him about Lord Mc Fud’s health. Should I go to a drinking establishment where such seating arrangments are to be found?
If you were truly “posh”, you would not use that word.
I think the doctor wants some excrement, but he is too polite to ask directly. Doctors often use excrement in remedies.
