how do you join Wrought Iron to wood?
i what to sart to macke some furntiuer but dont know how to join wood to iron or iron to wood
For furniture applications, its usually done with screws or bolts. Wheels, weapons, barrels, etc… they’d heat the iron and let it cool after setting it to the wood. (the metal would contract as it cooled)
I’d recommend that you check into some blacksmithing techniques.
