Does anyone know what the item is, also more on the name here., J Kampschulte also Osanabruck I think is German and some type of lantern or light. Please take a look at it through links below.

1: The city name is Osnabrück, not Osanabruck, and yes, it is German.

2: The company “OSMEKA” (Osnabrücker Metallwerke J.Kampschulte) has produced various Carbide lamps for the “Deutsche Bahn” (German Railway).
