I have a lump on my lower elbow following a direct blow – Have I chipped the bone?
I have pain in my elbow and down my arm and a raised silver coloured bump on the back of my elbow joint. This happened 3 weeks ago after hitting my arm on a metal door latch, and the pain and lump won’t go away. The actual lump did not bruise, but is incredibly tender to brush against, and the pain is waking me at night. Do I need to get this x-rayed and what might the treatment be?
