I pulled up the carpet in my 1919 beach cottage…?
to reveal deco linoleum and hard wood (mahogany I think) in great shape. Do I need to re-seal it all somehow? It is a bit beat up but really neat looking. The wood is two different colors, probably from having had a carpet on it originally. but I would rather not spend any money sanding and re-staining. Is there something I should put on it or would a good scrub and mop do the trick?
a good scrub would do it but you should put a sealer on it just to be safe
