What is the longest time you wait for your breakfast to arrive at your table?
for me 15 minute standing to look for a vacant table and 40 minute sitting waiting for the food to arrive at Tanjung Aru Ko No Mian Chu Chap opposite the Royal Horse racing track
I don’t mind waiting for a good reason but when it’s for a bad reason that sucks.
This fellow opened an ‘All day American breakfast’ stall in Jalan Song/Kuching, I had been eating there almost everyday for the first 3 weeks he had opened.
Then one morning while waiting for my breakfast a family sat down beside me and started shouting at the owner of the stall in Chinese.
10 minutes or so later the mother and father and 2 kids were served their breakfast and I was still waiting.
The owner could see that I was angry and said “sorry about that, you know how we cannot wait for anything here”
I told him that is the wrong way to operate a business, it should be first come first served. I never went back there again (I heard that a few months later he closed down because of no customers)
